Disclaimer, Visitors Acknowledgment of Risk: Wade Fly Fishing will have you in and around river, streams and creeks of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Working alongside your guide/guides, you will be navigating trails, river bank areas that have slippery rocks, roots, mud, dirt, steep banks all making for a potential trip or fall. Fly Fishing requires the movement of your fly, flipping in a pattern of 10 and 2 to place your fly, (Hook) into runs and pools, this can result in possibly being hooked. We will be fly fishing in wild areas in and out of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, wildlife encounters are possible, bees, black bears, wild pigs, venomous snakes, the copperhead and timber rattlers, although these encounters are rare it is a wild and natural place. Your Guide/Guides are passionate, knowledgeable, and focused on helping you stay safe and catch fish, these smart, allusive, fish truly are masters of their ecosystem and can be difficult to locate and catch, no guarantees again we are chasing wild fish in a wild and ever changing environment.
